Transaction Guidelines

Breach of Agreement:

1. Both parties must agree in advance before proceeding with a transaction. If either party cancels the transaction due to personal reasons, they must compensate the other party with an amount equal to the account’s price.

2. Once both parties agree to place a deposit to reserve the account and join a discussion group, if either party backs out, they must compensate the other with an amount equal to the deposit.

3. If a buyer is purchasing an account in installments (paying over time) and cancels the transaction midway or fails to pay the remaining balance within five days, the seller has the right to reclaim the account, and any previous payments will not be refunded.

4. If you have any questions before the transaction, please contact support. Make sure to understand the platform's trading rules before proceeding.

Buyer Guidelines:

1. To reserve an account in advance, buyers must pay a non-refundable deposit of 10% of the account’s price. The exact transaction time is decided by both the buyer and seller—verbal reservations are not accepted.

2. Sellers should provide screenshots of in-game assets such as in-game currency, bound funds, vouchers, items, consumables, etc. These assets may vary due to daily use and are not considered part of the detailed account description.

3. Due to the workload of taking screenshots and creating detailed descriptions, discrepancies may occur. Buyers must verify account details carefully before confirming the transaction or making any payments.

3. If there are significant discrepancies between the account and the screenshots, the buyer may cancel the transaction and receive a full refund.

4.When purchasing a game account, the buyer must cooperate with the platform to complete the order transaction.

5. Trust will make every effort to prevent account recovery incidents. If a seller restores an account maliciously, the platform will assist the buyer in recovering the account. If recovery is unsuccessful, the platform will provide the buyer with the seller's detailed information to assist in reporting the incident to law enforcement and provide compensation.

[Trust Resale] Compensation for Unsuccessful Account Recovery: 30% of Account Value (Up to $10,000)

[Trust Transaction] Compensation for Unsuccessful Contact: 10% of Account Value (Up to $10,000) If the buyer cannot contact the seller, a 10% compensation of the account value is provided (maximum $10,000). Buyers should file a report or lawsuit with the provided transaction proof and information. It's highly recommended to purchase additional account insurance. (Updated June 17, 2020)

Conditions:If the account has not been resold after purchase, compensation is guaranteed without conditions. However, if the buyer falsely claims the account was reclaimed or hides the fact that the account was resold, it will be treated as fraud.

6.For 100% account value compensation, buyers are encouraged to purchase the platform’s account recovery insurance. This costs an additional 5% of the account value and guarantees lifetime protection as long as the account is not resold.

Seller Guidelines:

1. Trust Resale requires sellers to provide a valid photo ID (front and back) and a verified payment account for the transaction. If you are not willing to provide this, please notify during the listing process.

2. If malicious recovery of the account occurs and the seller is responsible for the recovery, Trust reserves the right to share the seller's information with the buyer to help recover the losses and cooperate with law enforcement. If the seller is not responsible, they must assist in contacting the previous owner of the account. Failure to assist will be treated as account recovery.

3. If the account is listed on multiple platforms, ensure consistent pricing. Otherwise, Trust Resale may remove the listing without refunding the listing fee.

4. If the account is sold elsewhere or you no longer wish to sell it, please inform the resale service immediately to avoid disputes.

5. If any safety issues arise, such as records of recovery or fraudulent activity, the transaction will be canceled, and the seller will be responsible for the resale fee.

6. If the account was purchased privately or through a different platform, the seller is fully responsible for the account’s security.

7. If the seller maliciously recovers or steals the account and then resells it on Trust, the account will be permanently deleted, and law enforcement will be involved.
