(3) If the funds are permanently frozen, the buyer will not be able to refund normally and will become a victim. The platform will automatically send your personal information to the buyer so that the buyer can report to the police and sue. If the funds are permanently frozen, your personal identity information will not be used for other businesses, such as credit investigation, credit cards, car loans, mortgages, education fund subsidies, overseas travel, flights and other financial matters.
